Main Areas of Responsibility:
- Leading, motivating, and engaging with your team, building a positive working environment
- Managing your team’s performance to meet targets
- Encouraging and highlighting progression and training opportunities
- Staff development, appraisals, and other HR related areas
- Promote a respectful and inclusive environment
- Maintain effective relationships with other key teams across the business
- Effective cost management
- Risk assessments and Health and Food Safety
- Focus equally on production targets and the empowerment of your team
Working Hours are 40 hours per week on a rota basis of days and backshift, with every second weekend off. The actual working hours vary on the rota from 06.45 - 14.00, 14.15 - 22.00 and 06.45 - 17.30.
Salary – up to £35,000 depending on experience
