Team Managers report directly to the Shift Manager and are responsible for a team of Process Workers in their production area (with the support of Supervisors, Machine Controllers, Machine Operatives and Production QAs).

To succeed in this role, we are looking for those who will engage, motivate, and support a positive way.  People management is a major part of this role. 

A strong, proven background in people management is essential.  Team Leaders are responsible for developing their team in line with our company values and policies, including; training, coaching, performance and absence management, appraisals and ensuring you have a happy, engaged, motivated team.

Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise and implement production plans to deliver targets are also essential.

Our Distribution Hub at Balmalcolm are looking for a new HGV Driver to join their Haulage Team.   

Delivering our produce to the Regional Distribution Centres of our customers across the Central Belt mainly, our HGV drivers are the links between us and our impressive list of UK supermarket clients.  The role would also involve inter-site goods transfers.

40 hours per week

Salary - £36,498.15 per annum

Production Quality Assessor - Orkie (Freuchie)

As the Development Technical Manager, you will be responsible for the safety, quality and the legality of products across Kettle Produce. You will be the key customer contact for all technical matters with internal and external customers.

You will actively contribute to the technical development of Kettle Produce as part of the Technical Management Team ensuring that all customers and internal communication is managed and provided in agreed time skills and to the correct standards.

This role reports to the Technical Manager.

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Support Technician

This role will require participation in the IS on-call rota. Employees are required to be available for 24-hour support. On-call commences at 17:00 on the first Friday, and finishes at 08:00 on the second Friday of their rostered week

Salary - £30,000.00 per annum +£2,400.00 on call allowance per annum

Senior Support Technician

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our Information Systems Department and become a key contributor to the ongoing development and security of our infrastructure.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to users, act as an escalation point for complex issues and mentor Support Technicians in doing so. As you gain an understanding of our IT estate and business you will help drive service improvement initiatives to support the needs of the business.

You will need to demonstrate that you have an appropriate level of knowledge and skills and an appetite to develop them further.  A willingness to keep up to date with current and future cybersecurity risks and mitigations is critical.

Working hours are 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
