Kettle Produce provide vegetables to families in need at Christmas

Kettle Produce supplied 200 stew packs to Fife Gingerbread to help families in need over the Christmas period.

The team supplied the vegetable packs as part of a festive package that also included toys, food and fuel. A number of local companies were also involved to help Fife Gingerbread ensure children and young people in low-income households had a magical Christmas.

Recipe cards were included with options on freezing the vegetables until Christmas to allow the recipients to decide when to use them.

The festive packages were organised by Fife Gingerbread, a voluntary sector organisation that supports and empowers struggling lone parents and families in Fife who need help most and campaign for change on their behalf.

Fife Gingerbread is Kettle Produce’s chosen charity and the business is pleased to be able to support the fantastic work they do.
